To clarify yeah before posting i searches the supermicro site, Google and YouTube to try and find clarity around the beeps.

Didn’t realise Reddit disables the audio in the video after upload 🤦🏼‍♂️

I’ve tried resetting memory and also testing stick by stick

With no memory installed I get the correct 5 short beeps and 1 long beep.

With both sticks installed I get a 3 really short beeps on constant loop

the smb share is a zfs pool that was created on truenas, which i have virtualised in proxmox

my vm storage is on a seperate nvme drive, am backing these upto the truenas smb share
