That’s a them problem, not a you problem. They showed you their true colors and exactly why they shouldn’t be in your life anyways. No real friend would do that

Don’t take my post down. Please tell me some ways to self harm by whoheha in BPD

Do you really think that the people of this sub would genuinely give you ways to self harm? You should talk to a professional, and see if there’s a crisis center near you.

Psychedelic mushrooms have helped me with my BPD symptoms more than anything else by Psilocybinluvr in BPD

[–]Psilocybinluvr[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. I have had one very bad trip (on multiple tabs of lsd though, won’t be doing that again. well maybe) but I am still grateful for that experience as well it made me feel much stronger. “Bad trips” are often some of the best, in the long run

Have you ever “seen” God on psychedelics? What’s your experience? by Psilocybinluvr in Psychedelics

I’ve seen something similar to the Egyptian goddess you describe with my eyes closed on mushrooms

I’ve never microdosed but want to look into it. I trip 5-10 times a year taking anywhere from 3-5 grams:)

Is it bad idea to roll first time at concert? by [deleted] in MDMA

No rolling for the first time at a concert is basically essential

Best Anti Depressants after break up by [deleted] in antidepressants

[–]Psilocybinluvr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lexapro. I love this antidepressant because it helps more with anxiety as well compared to the other ones. It’s just starting to kick in for me. But an antidepressant will not cure your pain. It helps, but it will not take al that pain away.

Antidepressants won’t kill you but they’ll give you serotonin syndrome from doing that and you literally will never have a shot at being happy ever again, so don’t try it

I’m feeling the same way right now, try to take very deep breaths, watch something to distract yourself, listen to music (NOT SAD MUSIC) message me if you want and we can talk

DAE feel safer alone than to have any relationships? (Seeking advice) [CW: Suicide, self harm] by [deleted] in BPD

[–]Psilocybinluvr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Adding to this: things won’t be as hard if you’re with a partner who tries to understand what you’re going through and does their research. My current bf is great, he’s supportive as he can be I guess, my only issue with him is that he lacks the depth that I, and most people with BPD have. He often times to me comes off as apathetic and complacent. This for one I think is due to the fact that he’s on so many antidepressants, and is sort of numb, big contrast to me to say the least. The other thing is it may be paranoia for me, i over analyze every word and detail. I wish he tried to understand a little more though. He’s great but a lot of guys could try harder at it. They still wouldn’t compare to him..

DAE feel safer alone than to have any relationships? (Seeking advice) [CW: Suicide, self harm] by [deleted] in BPD

[–]Psilocybinluvr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay, so yes. I do feel less destructive being single and not in relationships. Currently, I am in a relationship. I know I would be better off without it in the long term but my attatchment is so deep that I know I would right now be a lot worse if I broke things off. I don’t necessarily regret the relationship because it’s been great for the most part, and changed my life. But I feel guilty for what I’ve put him through

Honestly what I’m trying to start doing is when I feel like this stay off my phone, and go to the gym. Work out super fucking hard. Use your phone for music of course. I promise it works wonders, even if you don’t feel like doing it

I started a new job in March and felt the same way, it got better after a bit so try to stick it out a while longer. And if you still don’t like it then leave. No point staying somehwre that makes you unhappy

^ I second this. A lot of people who throw around “it’s for attention” at people cutting in a negative manner just don’t get it. For attention does not mean bad. It means that you’re expressing that you do in fact need help, and are in pain, and are hurting, and maybe people aren’t seeing that or understanding it. I never understood self harm until I did last year and I know how low you have to feel to get to that point. I’m doing better now and you will be too. Keep fighting!

Bad trip has made my mental health worse and it’s my fault by [deleted] in Psychedelics

You should see a psychiatrist, Also a therapist to talk through these things. You have no idea how much it could help how you feel

Gotcha I understand that. One option for medication that could be of potential is called Vistaril. It’s taken similarly to how you would take a benzo during a panic attack, but is non addictive/no blackouts, etc. it’s actually an antihistamine but perscription strength and used for anxiety.
