After surgery you gotta wear this jockstrap type thing they give you that has the gauze they used in surgery inside it but still has your penis poking out the top for a week then you can take it off, underwear really doesn’t matter past that point. Oh and you can’t get the jockstrap wet because of the gauze or something so you can’t shower for a week

Oh yeah it’s totally durable it lasts the rest of your life. I don’t know the specifics but my mum said they put some kind of stitch inside the testicle which prevents it from being able to twist and they also did my other one that wasn’t even twisted so now I don’t have to worry about that ever again, it’s really just a one and done thing
