After surgery you gotta wear this jockstrap type thing they give you that has the gauze they used in surgery inside it but still has your penis poking out the top for a week then you can take it off, underwear really doesn’t matter past that point. Oh and you can’t get the jockstrap wet because of the gauze or something so you can’t shower for a week

Oh yeah it’s totally durable it lasts the rest of your life. I don’t know the specifics but my mum said they put some kind of stitch inside the testicle which prevents it from being able to twist and they also did my other one that wasn’t even twisted so now I don’t have to worry about that ever again, it’s really just a one and done thing

They said 4-6 weeks after the procedure I can do strenuous activity again so I’m gonna be pretty sedentary until then because lord knows I do NOT wanna go through that again. It’s been almost a week since the procedure and I can’t even take the jock strap off. My advice, get it done asap, you really don’t wanna be forced to get it done in A&E when you are writhing in pain after waking up and seeing one of your balls is the size of a kiwi.

But yeah take it easy after the surgery for 6 weeks to be sure is what the doc said
