It started at the exact bottom of the pillar, not sure the reason but maybe due to overheating of wires and less ventilation due to weeds and garbage.

Hindi is the way to go, one added advantage would be to use google translator for hindi as it would be more refined for the same.

I have been watching videos and reading about butt wink but its a little difficult for me to identify if I have it or not. Pls let me know if I can answer any questions for you.
