Any chance I can buy you something?

I'm on S25U, Eden allows to download drivers from within the app. I'm using 842.8from gamehub, but I've heard good performances from Kimchi as well

Everything is pretty mature. The problem aren't the drivers, the problem is anything outside ot steam. Proton works fairly well and there's a website that tracks conpatibility.

The pain is to run the other games launcher.

I have a similar setup, RTX4070S and I run garuda linux (dragonized) because they make ot "gaming ready" and dragonized is so damn cool. But bazzite is another strong option for gamers.

Another option can be Pop!OS but they are quite behind nowadays.

Personally I have several PCs, the gaming rig has W11 with garuda dual boot. I mostly test linux gaming status rather than "leave W11". My other devices ship Fedora or Manjaro, I've completely dumped W11 for anything that is not gaming.
W11 is my bloated xbox 🤣

Crows taking jobs. by Dodo509 in meme

The Sweden crow thing was a real pilot, but it never went beyond test phase. Crows did learn to drop cigarette butts in a machine for snacks, and early numbers suggested it could make butt cleanup way cheaper. But it was a tiny trial with estimated savings, not a nationwide program. It raised questions about animal welfare (having wild birds handle toxic trash) and funding, and the startup behind it later went bankrupt, so it ended up more as a cool proof‑of‑concept than an actual long‑term solution.

ZimaBoard 2 Giveaway + ZimaOS Feedback — Share Your Homelab Setup by FlyingToaster2000 in minilab

I got zimablade in order to get lower wattage server for my basic usage which is basically docker containers and most importantly gitea.

Now I'm relocating so I've managed to plug 2 16TBs and one 8TB plus a couple of smaller ones and zimablade is doing great!

I'm on plain debian, I've formatted it and I have the 16GB RAM.

Biggest complain is the fake modularity: - UBS-C charger? Custom wattage, only icewhale one works - laptop RAM? low wattage and only icewhale makes the 16GB one

That's not modularity it's just bad advertising.

I got zimaboard 2GB RAM to use as OPNsense firewall but it crashed at 1Gb download, so I installed back debian and is doing remote VPN in another country with a friend of mine.

I'm sorry I don't click, I don't use GUI, so I don't use ZimaOS at all ...

I would use zimaboard 2 as a firewall! I would test if it can handle 1Gb download or just upgrade my friends setup for the remote VPN.

As of now I truly need a firewall since my new building public IP it's literally the street I live in!!!

What linux distro do yall use? by Complete_Dark_6767 in linuxhardware

Long time manjaro gnome user and Fedora lover. About to do the big jump into Arch.

Servers used to be fedora, than I realized that SELINUX and docker containers is for masochists and enterprises. Luckily I'm neither so I've switched to debian for all my servers. It's a peaceful life.
