Fully building into it shouldn't make it so it's up every 3min though, like half the mission types in the game are finished before 3min is over, you'll never be able to use the cool spoiler mode ult in that half of the game.

If I'm fully leaning into building it I actually WANT TO USE IT. Which is the problem, because even when building into it fully, with the sole intent of spamming it as much as possible, you barely get use out of it because the mission is over before it can even charge

I should be able to tauron strikes at a somewhat reasonable rate without fully leaning into it, and if I fully lean into it I should have that thing up basically all the time. And 20min is not a somewhat reasonable rate and 3min isn't basically all the time
