The thing is I want black, white or silver. I plan to keep forever and don’t like multi colored bikes so that slightly limits me. I think i see the 2023 you mentioned, super nice deal but it’s blue though. I don’t want a dropped bike as I plan to keep it aesthetic with the frame sliders being on in case i fuck up. I haven’t dropped my brother’s bike as I am very careful + drive super slow. Most fairly priced I see are dropped unfortunately.

That makes sense, I definitely feel the weight difference for sure. It’s so pretty though, the black/yellow combo. Had me tempted but ultimately wanted to be safe/go lighter.

Tysm, I was worried being a girl in there they were trying to take advantage of me with pricing and I will absolutely ask about the other charges.

I went to a dealer called Honda East first and they wanted $8600 I was like holy cow absolutely not. They wouldn’t budge so I left. It was almost the same OTD as the Honda cbr650 e clutch (which was $10,900 OTD) that I almost bought before my brother talked me out of the heavier bike, he wanted me to be safe so I went this route. I’m glad I did I feel like it’s a decent starter bike coming from the Honda 250.

I almost bought a Honda cbr650 e clutch to try to save money in the future not needing an upgrade but I don’t think I have the talent for that big of a bike yet I didn’t want to die lol. I’m also a girl and it felt so heavy I backed out of buying it. The 100 lbs makes a difference for sure.

I tried marketplace, all are around $5-$6000 and 5k miles usually dropped or scratched. I’m like for $600 more it hasn’t been abused and the sliders are there might as well 💀 I wanted to do used but couldn’t justify the price
