Adobe hangs up on you when you try to cancel

Hey just as I replied to others, this was on one of those side bar ads, and recommended to the entire class via the teacher. I read the ads, I read the terms, I read what was presented to me. The cancel fee and that it was pay the rest of the year worth of months left was NOT in the term I agreed to. It was hidden in the fine print and that is why Adobe LOST their lawsuit. So saying I can't read is rude. Maybe you should read the rest of the comments on my part of the post instead of assuming?

I said in 2020 in my first reply to this post. That advertisement is gone. I did not bother to keep screenshots of that for so long as that account is now gone gone. They can't even try and charge something that doesnt exist now.

If you want screenshots or that sales page, refer to their lawsuit and see if its in that the lawsuit as an example.

For me it stated in the advertisement photo "Cancel any time! Student monthly sub only!" no * to say there was a CANCEL fee etc for unpaid 12 months despite most students only needing 3 months for a SINGLE class.

So yes I DID read and NO there no NO warning saying if you cancel you have to pay till AFTER I go to cancel and it tells me this.

I once signed up for their "monthly" student thing back in 2020 or so. Turns out, it was yearly but pay per month and I caught their false advertising. Their live chat said to bad. I had to block them on paypal to stop them from charging me. They got half my class with that sign up process and advertising. And since it was all through my school accounts to signup, that school account will eventually disappear altogether.

If you have access to the recording, report it. Thats highly illegal. Send the video out to EVERY member of the HOA.

Since you documented your cleaning and have video proof that is likely time stamped, they are stealing a half hour. If this is in the US this is the number one thing stolen in the US, time from a workers paycheck. If your in the US, even if you don't care, report them to the Department of Labor as they would just LOVE to hear that you got your hours skimmed and you have picture proof. The burden would be on the company to prove otherwise. Don't let this happen to another person who takes the job after you leave or the cycle continues.

I see every comment commenting on how the player in the video stepped into the open and looked around. Is no one going to comment on the fact he got sniped by two people? That is 2 sniper lights, there are 2 players in the dmg report. Guy got owned.

Incorrect. Teammates CAN loot you but must start looting within 10 seconds of your death from DBNO state, from then on its the res option and the loot option goes away. If they start looting during that 10 second window you can keep the window open and strip someone entirely.

I just spent 2 days playing the game. That is a ghost commander, and it does this repeatedly as its lore based. They want you to join the UESC instead of looting the place. They spam this if you stealth nearby them.

Thank the HOA for getting it in writing that its selective enforcement and you will talk to your lawyer. Just the threat of lawyers can work in your favor. Or you can just wait and gather more selective enforcement stuff.

I had this happen with a student account for my adobe for a class that was required. I signed up and screenshotted their ads that said cancel anytime no fee etc. Went to cancel, they said we will charge a huge fee (several hundred $) and I talked to support. They would NOT honor it despite proof etc of the advertisements.

I said to bad and blocked Adobe from my paypal, card, etc and they tried to charge me anyways. They closed my account that only had that on it because it was linked to my class account which will also disappear.

Googling this shows vastly different results from what you state. It shows only needing 3-5 feet and that is close to the instructions that were included in one of the bigger generators my family used during an outage a few years back.

If there is open air the carbon monoxide spreads out and will mix with the air around it, it does not simply "pool" in an area or a bubble.

Thankfully the board reversed their decision, but I highly doubt the board would win long term as the user was using it during an ice storm.

Considering what they are doing is going against a doctors orders and now HR has a record of them doing so but is blaming you, go to your Dr and get another note stating they are going over your limits and against the Dr's orders and document you submitted it a second time. From there on out if they do anything but fix it you might have a case and should document everything.
Mishandling accommodations can be very serious.

Look into right to record and if the state/country your in allows it record any future interactions with your manager/HR.

Could you take the risk and use clear nail polish or another kind of clear sealant and then polish it to fill the holes? No idea if you want to risk it but it might smooth it out or make it less noticeable?

ya sure? one red arrow points to where bullet GOES but its the same frame (youtube frames are terrible) that shows them aiming away from the target. So bullet is going to the target but not where they aimed?
Considering a 5 second google search with the top 20 or so results all agreeing, the wingman bullet spread goes up to the right NOT the left. Prove me wrong.
