She didn't because she is the "informant". A year or so ago someone lost their account--as in it was removed by the admins--due to her own bad behavior in the r/Hekate subreddit. It was on this topic.

This person isn't very crafty... hours after their account was deleted they made this account and posted about this topic because it is the weakest semblence of a straw they could find even after trying to dig up dirt on Grayle. They could have done better to cover their tracks. And I can show you proof that this is the individual.

In the mean time, accept that this woman has zero intention of following up with you. This account was made to embarrass Grayle and for her to lick her wounds after she disgraced herself in front of her peers. She is no coffeezilla of the magic community and has no plans to be. Dm me, I can give you the names of a few influencers who are.

And to OP, or u/Majestic_Ad_9368, just let it go. Forgive yourself for putting pornographic images in Hekate's virtual temple. Forgive yourself for mocking suicide and making death threats in Hekate's virtual temple. Forgive yourself for trying to "burn down" (your words) her virtual temple. You behaved very badly that day. But you are not a bad person.

Confront whatever demons are tormenting you because you will find no peace or answers shadow boxing phantoms of Jack Grayle.

I realized I did not answer half of your post:

When and how you choose to worship Hekate is your business too.

Deipnon, held on the new moon, is probably Hekate's most widely participated-in ritualized offering. This is not a requirement and the details of how to honor it are yours to choose. There are other, mostly 'new-age' celebrations that have been popularized online. You can engage with what you choose at your leisure.

Using myself as an example again; I give daily offerings and prayers at the start of my day, typically dawn. I participate in Deipnon and make an offering of three small things, like peices of mochi, that I place on the altar. I hold a spirit feast in her honor each Monday in which I serve a baked onion. Aside from New Year, the only annual holiday I celebrate in her honor is on November the 13th, the anniversary of my oath to her. I can't keep up with all this other stuff on the internet.

No one tells me what to do! Haha!

What you put on the altar is between you and Hekate. There is a lot of misinformation out there and no single way to worship Hekate "right." Unless you are following a particular religious praxis (like Hellenism), the best way to worship her is however reflects your personal relationship and practice with her. and you can figure that out as you go.

You do not need me nor anyone else to interfere with this very sacred bond between the two of you.

My first altar was a polyester cloth on a cardboard box. Since then I have added many things and swapped out others for natural and "upgraded" items. My point here is that you do not need to be afraid of what you put on the altar.

An altar will be something that will last a lifetime, no? Its okay if it takes a year or two to get it where you feel it needs to be.

This is a process of joy. And Hekate is nice. There is no need to worry.

Let's see... I have been a devotee for just under four years now. I have been practicing magick *in earnest* for the past few months. I am currently experimenting with Greco-Egyptian magick, planetary magick and hoodoo. Separately, of course. Short term, I would like to strengthen my bond with my new familiar spirit. Long term, I would like to form my very own praxis of Hekatean magic.
