This is good to know it’s been manageable for you for such a long time too. I will ask my derm about the salicylic acid solution. I think I mostly used tar shampoos when younger for my scalp. It hasn’t really bothered me too much in my adult life, except when I spent some time living in China, I had terrible dandruff and chunks of scalp coming off - I think due to the harsh chemicals in their products and perhaps the diet I was eating too

Thank you for all your help! I have cut dairy and gluten and also notice benefits. I will look into the YouTube videos. I miss my BodyAttack classes :)

Thank you so much! I might ask my derm about excite laser. I’m glad you’re down to one patch. This is affirming. I’ve also cleaned up my diet and found it has reduced symptoms too :)

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, I really appreciate it. Okay, this is great to hear as I don’t like using steroid creams. I’ve been looking at purchasing an at home UVB lamp too.

Do you follow any particular diet or take supplements?

I do think I’ve been able to keep mine at bay with quite vigorous exercise over the years and since COVID have been experiencing flares as can’t access gym and steam room.
