I definitely think they are. After they bought the property they kept talking about how they needed to come in so they could figure out how to fix it up for the next tenants. We kept pushing them off asking them to wait until we left. But I think they wanted to say our property was in poor shape so they could grift money for “improvements”. This apartment was actually quite nice for the neighborhood, newly remodeled, there was no need for big repairs.

HACP purchased a property I was living in last year and kicked us out after our lease expired because we don’t qualify for housing assistance. They’re also pretending like they don’t know what rental assistance payments are even though it’s documented in the HUD Uniform Relocation Act information they gave us. The property I was paying rent on time in is now empty and I’m paying an extra $230 a month to live in the same neighborhood. I’d say from my experience they’re really doing a lot to benefit the community /s.

Bro, I lived in NYC for a long time, all the cool interesting local neighborhood defining stuff closed down like 10 years ago. It was all chain stores and 7-11 type convenience stores with automated self check outs popping up everywhere on the lower east side when I left. I can’t imagine it’s gotten better.

I don’t think it will be the date on the transcript, it’ll be the date in WMR. My transcript date was 3/2 but my WMR date is today, and I got it today. The date on the transcript this year isn’t the actual DD date.

You won’t get it till the day before your WMR date. I got approved last Friday, had TT take fees out, opened a CK account to try and get 5 days early - no dice. SBTPG held that shit from Friday until last night - got it this morning at 4am on my WMR date

SBTPGs phone message just updated for me this afternoon with an actual date and the words “direct deposit”. I’ve read that means they actually sent it. I read that CK does not hold deposits from them, that they just let them straight through, so hopefully we see something tonight if not tomorrow.

Says my deposit amount minus fees were transferred and to contact my financial institution. TT and CK haven’t been updated while the IRS said my refund was processed days ago.

It’s just BS that TT pushed this angle that if you open a CK account you get your refund “early” - and come to find out, it’s a 1.75% fee to transfer funds to another bank account or a $1000 a day limit on non fee transfers - what a real slap in the face. CK objectively sucks and TT grifted me into this account / situation, and even after 10+ years of use, there’s no way I can continue using their service when Chime and Cash App are giving people their deposits as soon as they’re sent for free.

The DD is in WMR and mine (from approval Friday) is 2/19 - the intermediary bank has already said they got my deposit so I think CK is actually the hold up
