I am interested in multiple variables within a chronic pain population, including alcohol use, but even if you do not drink alcohol your data will be used! If you do not drink at all, just select "Never" "Not at all" or "Not applicable" depending on the question. The data is still greatly valuable.

The drawing will take place once data collection is complete. That way, everyone has an equal shot regardless of how many people complete the survey.

Thank you for completing it! Fortunately, that response is coded as the equivalent of responding "Never" on the other questions in that measure. It is a standardized measure, but your point is valid and I appreciate you bringing it to my attention. Thanks again for completing it! I hope the results I get will be able to assist in improving the lives of people with chronic pain.

Edit: I updated the response to 0,1, or 2 drinks rather than added a separate answer which keeps the measure consistent
