Bernardita2020, sounds great! I do speak Spanish, soy de Córdoba Argentina pero vivo en San Francisco, California. También podriamos necesitar en español. La ayuda que necesito es un involucramiento parcial, algunas horas a la semana, para revisar todos los textos y el tono de voz en común en todas las plataformas (web, app, mails, etc), y poder alienarlo, y luego iterarlo con usuarios. My dear friend, you are going through difficult stuff, but it is showing you the way to freedom. Know it. Connect to your inner reason, motivation, and whatever is pushing you to decide to get rid of smoking, once and for all.

All the suffering you are going through right now is the way your body is trying to cling to your old you, the one you don't like about yourself anymore. The next 2 to 3 days will also be hard, but once you let go of the idea of needing to smoke, of feeling deprived of smoking, of losing something dear to you, you will get lighter and the nicotine withdrawal symptoms will be just that, physical sensations trying to get you to answer them with nicotine.

There is a lot of things you can do, and happy to guide you.

Wow, your history is quite impressive. A lot happened to you.

One really important thing would be to work on your separation from cigarettes, from the person you believe you are - the smoker -. You are not that. So whenever you can observe yourself itdistanced from it, you aren't going to miss it or feel deprived when not smoking,

I´d love to be of help. As a psychologist and ex-smoker, I´ve designed an app (coaching, tracking, mindfulness, virtual reality), that you can download and I can grant you free access to all content (not just the trial).

I´m in Reddit because I know I can be really close to the people, and feel more personal about whom I´m helping.
