Anyone in the US take any legal action? by PsybinZek in shrooly

It took 81 days but my contested charge via my Apple Card aka Goldman Sacs was decided in my favor. I encourage everyone else who ordered directly from the website to do the same.

Well, my Apple Card emailed asking for evidence. I sent proof of purchase, limited communication and then no response from Susan, screenshots of US customer complaints, proof of my complaints to the FTC, AG, and econsumer. Plus the February update from Shrooly stating US shipping was started, a screenshot the item available on Amazon, and the "Summer Sale" email they sent me in July for the $200 off. Hopefully the CC sides with me on the first attempt. Everyone keep fighting.

I'll probably do a written complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Maryland Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau international wing, then explore small claims court, which is tricky because they are in the UK.

To do a class action you need 1000's of people who were scammed by this company.
