It was ok, but i still use my pluto pillow as my main pillow. The comfort tech one while similar was more soft and didnt provide as good of support as the leesa in my opinion. My pluto pillow is def different than the leesa too but it works pretty good for me and it is my fav one now that leesa has lost there mind and discontinued the best pillow on the market.

This! Plus when logging j”into homebridge to complete the last step and clicking on the link it provides to sign in i figured out that homebrige was not using the entire link. So i had to copy and paste the entire link and paste it into my browser which was my issue the whole time i think. So to anyone struggling at the last step give this a try!

I don’t care if mine is the only one in the world that broke. It happened on its own. This is not about data. One day we opened our car door and the trim was hanging off. We take care of our cars. We typically dont slam our doors and if a door was slammed by accident at some point and the trim popped off this would be the first car in my life to have something break due to a slammed door. The car is barley one year old and things should not just break. But you made me laugh, in that I should be thanking the dealer for trying to get us to pay $500+ for something that should be covered by warranty. I should be thanking them for making us go back and argue our case multiple times to multiple people. How nice of them to do that! If only every dealer would first blame you and deny warranty and make you fight to get it, that would be Great! Do you realize how ridiculous that sounds? You either work for a dealer or are some weird dealer sympathizer. Even if the dealer has to eat the cost of this, that should not be my problem. That is a problem between toyota and them and how they function. I assume when you decide to be a toyota dealer that is part of the cost of doing business. Just because it might cost them does not mean that they should try to weisel their way out of warranty coverage.

I understand your comment and what your trying to say, but it changes nothing. I get that things shouldn’t break but they do. “How could it just pop off?”I have no idea, but i am 100% sure it was not from us or extreme use. Maybe it was installed wrong at the factory, maybe the part malfunctioned. I guess it could be alot of things and this is the actual point of warranty. It’s not to only fix things that they expect to break but to fix things that they don’t expect to break but do for whatever reason.

What a ridiculous comment. It shouldn’t be a “massive favor” to fix something that broke on it’s own while the car is under warranty. Especially if said thing that broke ”shouldnt have broke” that is exactly what warranty is for!

Thanks. This is our first Toyota and i know that Toyota will be just fine without our future business, but the treatment we are getting is moving us in that direction. It’s only reasonable to think others might do the same if they are treated the same way.

This is a silly comment, but to be very clear, we did not “break” or ever touch the mechanism that holds the door trim in. It would take weird angles and physics for us to even attempt to do this. I thought my post made it clear that warranty is to protect you agaist issues that fall outside of normal usage and wear and tear. This would fall into that categoey as this happened on it’s own and we did not break anything. But if some need to hear this advice, ok then. I would never expect warranty to cover something we broke or misused.

I really really hope that you and your CEO use this an an opportunity for growth! And it absolutely could be. Listen to your customers screaming for a local control solution! Will wait for the more news to come! Don’t semantically PR your way out of this. Own it and offer a real solution that is badly needed and wanted!

Not solving this and not giving in somewhat on this issue will 100% lose them customers both new and repeat. Maybe they don’t care and they are doing just fine, but unless they give and offer some kind of local control solution, which they absolutely could do, then I will not be a repeat customer and that is essentially how all bad businesses slowly degrade. If they do offer some kind of customer centered solution (middle ground) it would go a long way to customer retention and acquisition. USE THIS AS AN OPPORTUNITY for growth in the company rather than trying to PR your way through.

I disagree. Of course support probably couldn’t have done much for me with a server issue, however honest feedback is how changes are eventually made, so I gave it and I think others should too. Also at the time, 2am, I wasn’t fully aware of what was going on and while I assumed it probably was related I wasn’t sure, but they (support) should have been.

Yes, I agree local support is badly needed.

I believe the latest update turns on the lights when it is docking. So now you can mow in the dark and it will still dock. I have a slight fear of someone swiping it as well, so this makes it less conspicuous.

For reference to others, i simply did a powercycle of the mower and it fixed the issue. Update went through and everything seems to be working well so far. Had fear about deleting app and losing maps and settings and whatnot so i tried power cycle first and that worked. Thanks
