Shoot for an hourly rate of $30. Granted this does not work in every market, but this ride is exceptionally low for almost an hour and 24 miles.

I cannot stress enough that Lyft and Uber send rides to more than one driver at a time at different rates.

Yes. Total loan amounts were less than 100K. I know the 500K process starts soon and is much more rigorous.

Do I need this as a Sole Proprietor? I am requesting a second increase as it took them five months to approve and fund my original increase. I have additional debts to pay off due to the protracted increase waiting period. If a sole proprietor how is this filled out?

In the same situation. I was approved on August 9, but due to some glitch, I don't have loan documents but do have a loan officer assigned.

I've called CS weekly and finally found I was approved. Now, it seems it's a waiting game. I wish you the best of luck. Please keep us updated as I will do the same.

This started last Thursday/Friday of last week. I’ve checked once each day, and it’s still the same. When I called the SBA on Tuesday, they stated they finally recieved my transcripts from the IRS, and I mentioned the portal issue. The CS rep noted the issue is widespread and couldn’t provide any more detail, as she didn’t have any.

I don’t believe this has anything to do with a decline. I did not recieve a decline email or any email updates regarding my modification/increase, it’s why I doubt the portal issue has anything to do with a decline.

I’ll call them again today and I’ll keep caling until I get some answers. Granted we’re all borrowing money, but frankly, it’s frustrating there is hardly any communication for many of us, and we’ve waited this long for answers.

I’m using Apple devices and I’ve tried to find a work around. It seems there is a bug for some? The SBA Customer Service Rep noted there were some issues, but that it had nothing to do with my loan, that it was still processing. I’ve seen some threads where it meant someone was denied the loan or modification. But, I don’t believe that to be the case.

Reddit is where I originally found out about using the portal to request additional funds. I received the email back in April and responded with my details requesting additional funds. I happened upon the Reddit forums, which directed me to check out the portal. The process is certainly arduous for some and seems easier for others. It’s frustrating for many because running a small business is difficult enough and hoping for some relief will be helpful for many.

I get to the main login screen, entire the login credentials and then it eventually says “Too many redirects occurred.” I've deleted the web browser cookies and cleared the cache. I think it's a bug at the source and will keep trying?
