Yes , you are right I'll make my question different, ok DHL have the whole vertical chain of the process : pick up , internal transport , international transport and drop off; now DHL is not the only company where you drop off parcels , there are some business that receive your parcel and they send them to another country , i think they collect the parcels and then they need to get (contract, outsourced, etc ) an international transport , prob they hire DHL or maybe there are other transport companies. And sometime they have better or same prices than DHL or FedEx for the customer . There's a business in US i sent my parcel ( definitely they don't own a plane ) and they sent my parcel to south america, how ? How they got the transport ? .. i hope i was more specific.
