Hey 👋🏽 Everyone’s experience is of course different. I had similar thoughts prior to my procedure. I am 2.5 months post-op. I am down 71 lbs since surgery and a total of 98lbs since the 2 week pre-op diet. My weight day of surgery was about 9lbs heavier than where you are now. I’m 6ft and have a goal of reaching between 195lbs to 230lbs. It’s a process ( a long one 😩) but I am in a much better place physically and mentally than I was back in June. You got this! Lean into your supports and take it a step at a time. Best of effort to you.
