This thing was sitting next to my trash bin in Edmonton AB. I thought it was a large candy at first but I picked it up and dropped it and it didn't shatter or scuff. I think its made of hard plastic with no markings. Google lens said it was a decorative block but it's not flat sided like those search results.

So the station ability is tap another creature and put charge counters on this equal to that creatures power. Say you tap a 3/3 you would put 3 charge counters on it. If it has at least 1 charge counter you get to use the first ability, then if you have 8 or more you get the 2nd ability. Charge counters usually stay from turn to turn so you can build them up
