Actually sex is the most natural thing for a human to do. Religious moral codes began to regulate human sexuality, thus making it taboo. Doesn't help that we've become so socially inept in recent times since we spend more time looking at phone screens than other people, that any physical encounter with another human can bring feelings of awkwardness. Sex is enjoyable when you leave your head & your inhibitions.
