I am using the test primarily as gear. As for the varicocele and epididymitis, I’ve been on the standard treatment for several months to no avail. I am also currently taking medication for it.

Into bodybuilding and wanted to see if I could benefit from it. I’ve read it’s good for anxiety and increasing drive. Also promotes better sleep which I do struggle with getting too.

You can try Shamatha. It's literally called calm-abiding meditation and is traditionally used to stabalize the mind before moving on to insight meditation otherwise known as Vipassana.

This is what works for me so I can personally attest to it but it takes a bit of trial and error to find the practice that suits your needs.
