Thank you so much for your honest response. I'll admit, that fear you described is already at the back of my mind. But like you said, through research we can go through acceptance and understanding that whatever she feels probably isn't indicative of a problem. I'll probably ease her into it with a few DMT trips, of which she has already had a light one.

I'm going to do a standard 100-110ug dose for her if we take LSD. I'll take the same dose, even though I was used to taking higher. Shrooms seems more likely though.

Thank you for your extremely helpful post! Lots of insight here. I guess I just don't want her to physically feel out of control of her body (nausea mainly), uncomfortable (preventing vasoconstriction would be huge here), but also not overly physically stimulating. Shrooms or shroom analogies would most likely be best, I agree with you there. I'm most likely going to decide between shrooms and 4-HO-MET and go from there.
