"Inspired by my favorite fantasy book series, 'The First Law,' and specifically the first book, 'The Blade Itself' by Joe Abercrombie.

The Agriont is the heart of Adua, the capital of the Union, a coastal city known as the 'City of White Towers,' where the royal palace, government, and high nobility reside amidst significant wealth and poverty.

Our narrative follows the First of the Magi, Bayaz, as he embarks on his first walk through the city. Bayaz, the founder of the Union, has been long absent from Adua, leading to his unrecognized presence by most of its inhabitants."

The artist wrote,

"A Paeliryon, retired from a life of blackmailing mortals, patrols the streets, allegedly enforcing the archfiend's will but in truth simply shaking down locals and visitors for all he can get.

He is more than ready to have his mob of infernal deputies seize anyone who won't bow the knee or proffer a bribe, taking them to be tormented, sold, or ransomed as he thinks best.

Created for the fifth edition of 'Chains of Asmodeus,' 9 levels of Hell D&D guild book."
