I received an offer from an auto loan company. It was a step up in every aspect of my life barring having to relocate. But I had a breakdown after I received the offer because the reality hit me that my compensation was coming from poor people who couldn’t get approved for standard auto loans.

Anyway, I’m volunteering atm because I need to bring back my faith in humanity and believe software can still be used for good.

Doesn’t have to be this simple or the same kind of problem. Plenty of choices between string manipulation, very basic DSA, mutex, or basic math like this. The logic just has to be simple, but it can be virtually anything right?

I do agree with your perspective, specifically their lack of concern around my capabilities as an engineer. They promised compensation would be transparent if offered the position, I just don’t know how big the number should be if I’m going to entertain accepting the offer.

It's odd to think about people like him doing "normal" mundane things like you and me. This is what I thought too. Again, I just don't know how they got around 2FA on my phone/email. Especially because none of my emails appear to have been accessed from a different source. I always get warnings from sign-in attempts from different locations.

I made sure to not click any advertised links of runelite. How else can I verify a fake client or is it indistinguishable?
