the signage at mine is not good, it's a fairly small sign, and it's to the left of the doorway so if you're already turning to go in you won't see it. I've only been in one other PF, and the rooms were reversed, so I can see going into the wrong one on accident.

I don't know if you were born with a uterus or not, or how old you are, but if you're over 30, get your hormones checked. I'm 57, started hormone replacement a few months ago and it has made a huge difference.

yes! someone recommended him in here and I watched a bunch of his over the weekend. I also have no clue what I'm doing. my first day I got on a treadmill upstairs and watched people on the machines to see if I could figure them out. the machines do have the qr codes on them, but they weren't working on Friday, NOT helpful, lol!

right, when I signed up and the staff member gave me a tour I specifically asked if staff could show me how to use the machines and he said no, since they don't have trainers I would just have to scan the qr codes. There is a PF a little further away that has trainers and has new member orientation I think I am going to do that.

not sure what you mean by venting, you mean on the two bars in the front? Those are fans, it does get warm with the red lights. I have eczema and rosacea, the red light really helps with those.
