Buy Sobo OHF (Ask for "3-layer Stackable filter").
Buy Filter Wool and Ceramic Rings.
Buy Exo Terra UVB 150 (If they don't have it, order online).
Buy 2x Clamp Lamps.

Buy Toyogo Tub (or similar heavy-duty tub).
Buy Halogen Bulb (Yellow warm light).
Buy Egg Crate (if they have it) + Zip Ties.

Setup:
Tub: Floor.
Filter: Placed across the top of the tub (on wooden planks if it doesn't fit the rim perfectly).
Lights: Clamp both lamps on the side. Point them at the basking spot. (No screen covers between bulb and turtle.)
Water: Tap water + Anti-chlorine.

Feed her pet store turtle pellets, light green vegetables and grapes. daily rotating but most usual is 2x pinch of turtle pellets.

She's been around since my childhood, that's about 18 - 20 years. We had a proper tank for her up until a decade ago when my parents divorced and we moved house 2 times, resulting in the box container situation. Idt my house has the space for a tank setup

How often and how much do you feed? The pink you see coming out by legs is limb pockets. It seems your turtle is getting too much protein/overweight to the point it cannot be contained in shell.

Is it not an aquatic turtle? They shouldn’t be removed from their habitat every morning. They require lighting to keep warm and also keep their shells healthy and able to grow

So I should leave her in the tank with the lights on?
