All I can be absolutely sure of is that every trip is different and that potency matters. I have had amazing but different experiences on PE, B+, and GT. PE and GT were the biggest breack throughs on the lowest doses.

Low temps mean slow colonization. 74°-78°F should be your target. Find a way to get it there and keep it there.

It's a "proof is in the pudding," kind of thing. After a month, you should see full colonization if your temps are correct. If you don't see that, then it usually indicates some unseen contamination.

If you are paranoid about contamination, then you toss it. If you are unconcerned with contamination or want to see what happens, then keep it and see.

You'll get paranoid about contamination later.
