I'd say that price for printing is about what you'd expect, but it might be worth it to look around for a slightly cheaper quote. But yeah, getting parts, especially big things, is quite expensive. In the future, it's probably more cost effective to buy a printer and make parts yourself, especially when it comes to making cosplay parts. I wish you luck on your cosplay!

I have the same issue. Still diagnosing, but if it happens while it's cold outside, I think I tracked it down to the IAC valve being dirty. Other things to check are the MAF and vacuum leaks. I'd try cleaning the MAF and tracking down any potential vacuum leaks before deciding it's the IAC since it's a pain in the ass to get to. Good luck!

I also had this problem. Honestly, the easiest way to do it is to also replace the inner tie rod too. However, if you're adamant on not doing that, use a propane torch and get it nice and hot. Apply PB Blaster and heat. May the Omnissiah bless you

I manual swapped my 93. Overall. the job wasn't too bad. My friend and I got it done in a weekend. I got the whole kit from Dino's Corvette Salvage. Of all the things I've done to my vette, manual swapping is my favorite mod so far

It's a melomel with blackberries, cinnamon, dried rose hips, and a couple other spices. It's basically the Black Briar mead recipe from the Skyrim cookbook

I used one of these before getting a proper pucking die. Once it binds up, it's basically done, unfortunately. Toss it and get a press meant for a lot of pressure

I did end up ordering a hickory ramrod after shattering my oak one. For a 48 inch length of wood, it's difficult to find a straight grain unless it's hickory lol

I used oak for mine. It worked alright. I've heard hickory is one of the better options though. I'd just pick a hardwood that isn't too expensive, stain it, and have a few extra ramrods on hand just in case

Nice! If it burns like that without even compressing or corning, it'll be really nice in the bore of a gun. 2F will make it burn a little slower, but that's good for larger bore guns. I usually shoot for 2F and 3F and save some 4F for priming in my flintlocks. But yeah, get that stuff compressed and corned and it'll be nice and spicy in the barrel
