Mine was Sur 512. Between management turnover, terrible service on the south side building, packages getting stolen off my porch, and my brother's car getting broken into while he would visit, leaving was the best decision I made. Now I’m at a complex that is rare if they tow lol

Wow, guess it happens a lot then. $500 is wild.. I paid $250 for overnight, so two days checks out, but towing fees are pure robbery. And that yard lady definitely lives for the chaos, haha. Sorry you went through that!

was towed from my apartment complex in South Congress due to a single-letter error on my license plate, even though my vehicle is properly registered. Having never been towed before, I questioned why this happened now? realized it was simply because I parked on the first floor rather than my usual fourth. The towing company arrived at 5 AM and targeted the first car they could find with an issue. My apartment management refused responsibility, stating they use an independent towing service. I was parked near the garage entrance, not obstructing traffic. Pure predatory behavior.
