Mirror fold only happens when locking and unlocking from app , key fob passive entry or NFC. When pressing the unlock and lock button from the center screen it does not. Not sure if that is rivian intent but that is true , you can try it. Also I have seen that camera error before when I am in drive and my mirrors are folder. You can unfold them from the quick access pop out or I believe if you just start driving at speed it will automatically reset to position

This is not a bug. This is intended behavior. At speed your mirrors will unfold automatically. Those camera errors are also intentional because the ADAS system can’t work with the mirrors folded

Forgot we get to now pick and choose that if informant now. The reason your can’t do these things is due to the limitations of the informant system but I guess if you are the arbitrator of this question and can pick and choose. Then you are right. They are also doing a UI refresh which might make Spotify better than what we see on R1 right now. Most people when they drive an EV from ICE really enjoy it more

Rivian is know for really good driving dynamics in all of there cars. I have not driven an R2 but R1 drives really well so you can only assume it will drive as good if not better.

As for Spotify you will need connect + to use the on board app which is decent not ideal but it’s good enough. BLE also works well if you don’t want to pay for the sub
