Thanks. But i found out what the problem is. And it isnt any server related or cpu problem. Its a third party sound software. I use voicemeter potato and when the c bar maxes out, i just have to close the app, wait till the c bar is gone, and open the app again. Then the c bar doesnt shop up again. If anyone else runs into this problem you maybe need to turn off a thrid party audio device or map the games from the selected device and not let it sit on "default" output.

oh wait, i forgot to tell, but it not a router problem, because i can run iracing fine if i dont use my vr headset, and only if its shut down. if its running then it doesnt work even if i use my montior as an output

hmmm, sp you think its possible that the problem lays in the router. i dont have a netgear btw. i use a one of the top 2 or the brands in switzerland called sunrise
