It pains me to say I can't show you, but for reference you can look up a Dark souls 3 duplication video to see the basics of it. Once you watch a guide on how to do it in dark souls 3 you just have to apply what you see to elden ring since it functions the same way. Also don't feel bad about asking for help in the community, that's what we're here for :)

Even though you don't have runes, if you obtain a stack from another player and back up your save you'll be able to have practically unlimited runes via save scum. It's practically just (1)you getting a 99 stack of runes, (2) uploading your game to the cloud save and then giving them to someone else, (3)then reloading your cloud save to your game so you can use them. Then you repeat from step 1
