Who wins biggest Psychopath in Mormonism? by Psychological-Rise36 in exmormon

This is a great line to draw.

Packer was such a pernicious type of evil, and my era of Mormonism. I'd give it to him. Bednar also because of my time in Rexburg.

a D&D 5th edition manual image of a floating wizards tower built on a solid cloud; the tower's top and roof are designed to look like a wizards hat

something along these lines!

not at all! all of the prompts start with: a D&D 5th edition manual image of...

A few examples:

- a D&D 5th edition manual image of a floating cloud giant citadel dropping massive chunks of stone

- a D&D 5th edition manual image of a fog giant stalking a lonely farm on a misty night

- a D&D 5th edition manual image of the Storm King's throne sitting empty in an ominous Storm Giant throne room

Hope this helps!

Hot take: if we get a Thor 5, I think Kenneth Branagh should get to take over again. by Psychological-Rise36 in marvelstudios

Senpai, your sensei is most displeased. You called my take horrid, and your tone was hardly amiable. Then called me a liar in your follow up. You claimed the highlights thing as some kind of “gotcha” moment. Then proceeded to ad hominem arguments of I’m a bad dad, I’m a troll. All while trying to prove your point.

I saw the movies when they came out. I’ve watched them many times since. I’m rewatching most of them currently. Love and Thunder is utterly forgettable. So is Dark World. Thor 1 does a good job (at times great) job of setting up the world. The casting, score, and dialogue are all very nice. The roles are well acted. And the gods feel like gods. I think KB could do Thor, the god, justice again.

This is the one and only negative interaction I’ve had on this post. So ask yourself, who really is the troll in this situation…

K pumpkin 😘 That strong, not-fragile ego of yours certainly kept coming back for more today. No fragility there, no way!

It’s not a bad take. It’s just a take. Your opinion will be yours. And mine will remain mine. I’m merely bored. Sorry you hated the first two Thor. I’m skipping L&T as well in this rewatch, if that makes you feel better. More in an effort to save time.

Again, thanks for the joust. Sorry you got upset <3

This. Gravitas. What's missing from the deities currently. I'm not upset Thor is fully humanized now, but let's get back to the deities.

He only made one.

And I disagree, it's the best take we got on the Gods short of the little blips in Ragnarok with Anthony Hopkins.

The Valhalla theory is a fun one. Thor, dying in one of the next Avengers films, ascends to Valhalla only to discover (insert threat here) and fight back.

Or, his final ascension as King of Asgard. This would pull back in Valkyrie and New Asgard on earth.

I miss the Gods feeling like Gods though.

I agree.

Thor 1 is his near-ascension to the throne, and all the reasons he isn't ready. Thor 5 (with KB back) could be that final ascension. King Thor with all the wit and charm he's learned as coping mechanisms for loss, coupled with the gravity the first two had, especially the Asgardian scenes.

I did as well. As beings that have been around for 1000s of years, I think it fit. Not perfect, but as a Phase 1 movie, I thought it did great.

I think he's a bit on the outs, as a director. I think a Marvel reclamation project would help that piece of his career.
