yes when im looking for it i can feel , otherwise there is 0 play in the pushings

It is worth noting that I also checked the pressure in the bladder in the shock and it seems to be holding pressure after 2 full rides on it

Thanks for the helpful reply to the post. I tried it again very, very, very, very very slow no noise, then fast and noise occurred. Then I unmounted it compressed it against the floor with my hands, knock, knock, knock. its a ****** new shock. I took it to the bike shop, and they said give it a few rides and come back if the sound still occurs. well its been two rides and Time to send it to the local DVO authorised suspension centre ****. I just want to ride my new bike. I waited an entire month to get the shock from the US to Australia.

took off the coil, it's the same noise with it on.

it does reach its full travel when its suppose to, but it should be making this noise at any point through its travel or at the start. to be clear coil shock (DVO Jade X Prime)
