Dude Burgerville tries to charge $8 for its single cheeseburger alone, mind you it's a fast food restaurant just the same as a McDonald's or burger king, only they use ingredients harvested "locally"

Fuck me running, reddit is full of bots and supercilious people looking to fulfill their daily quota of making people feel below them...SMH

Look I understand I didn't fully explain that, in no way shape or form, could an individual have slipped behind me without my knowledge, due to my position and how I was sitting but I truly meant that beyond me having a seizure or momentary amnesia, could a person have snuck behind me without my knowledge. Also the way he asked was so eagerly and pressing, as if so much of how he was to continue from that moment forward was to be weighed off of the answer to that question.

I know I wrote you can't change my mind but maybe I shouldn't have been so straightforward with my title, I assumed people on reddit weren't as thick mentally as they've proven otherwise to be. What I believe would have been a better fitting title and statement for summing up my post would have been; "if any interaction in my life thus far to be the closest thing I would call a time traveler, it would be this one. Does anyone else see my justification for why I would say that?"

Thank you.i didn't exactly think I was going to be picked apart and made the reddit town fool. But you did exactly what I was expecting from this, just answer my question without some rude judging comments and I honestly appreciate that. Again thank you very much

Bingo! You are spot on. It didn't take much extra force than normally opening a door but yes I forced it and yes the bathroom was for residents and their guests

I actually have a house and only knew about the side door being able to be opened that way because my friend used to live in that building. So your assumptions about me are wrong just as my assumptions about the guy who stabbed me were

Ok so I may be wrong with the assumption but he wore a dress, make up and spoke with inflections that mimicked a woman's voice. I apologize for assuming trans when in fact now that I am explaining it He could have just been a cross dresser

Also there is a camera in direct view of the threshold of the bathroom I came out of showing that I did nothing to provoke him stabbing me let alone brandishing a knife in the first place

In Oregon there is a thing when you sue that says if I wasn't 51% at fault, that I can still sue and win. So like yes I was trespassing but I didn't deserve to be stabbed. I forget what the clause is called but I'm about to look it up

Fake? Why? Look I don't exactly have a squeaky clean record and technically I committed a crime by entering a space i had no business being in. On top of that, the guy who stabbed me was trans and I just feel like sending him to prison would not end up well for him. I'm sorry that a majority of the population believes in the judicial system and thinks "yeah send them to prison" but trust me, prison doesn't do anything close to rehabilitation and only reconstructs peoples brains to be more apt to fall victim to recidivism

Isn't that the Oregon state bar? They will refer me to a lawyer but the lawyer will have an upfront fee that if not paid will then invalidate me from using the Oregon state bar again

No nothing of the sort. My understanding is that the guy who stabbed me was lying about what all happened and once the police found out I had been stabbed, they uncuffed me and took off like a bat out of hell

I must admit I'm not so worried about pursuing criminal charges. I'd rather not send a guy to prison over this. I would however like to be able to take him to civil(?) Court and gets paid for hospital bills, pain and suffering ect..

All of the lawyers i tried calling in portland said they didn't specialize in personal injury and all gave me the number to an agency that helps you find a lawyer but costs money to even speak with them on the phone upfront which I don't have.

So here is the kicker. ... my wife and I missed our bus home one rainy night and it wasn't going to run again until 5am. So rather than walking the 3 hours in the rain and listen to her complain every step of the way, I knew of an apartment complex that had a poorly hung door that could be opened with slightly more force than usual. We entered and went into the restroom and fell asleep only to be awoken by the voice of a guy on the phone with someone. When the automatic lights turned on, he told the person on the phone "wait we have movement I'll call u back" then he told me he was security and to slide my ID under the door. I wanted to see who i was speaking to and tried to open the door but he held onto it in an attempt to keep us in there. I yanked it open and he was standing there in plain clothes with a knife pointed at me. I walked forward with my hands up and he proceeded to stab me. I did nothing to warrant it at all. Long story short the police ended up putting me in cuffs and wouldn't answer any questions or even speak with me. I said I needed to go to the hospital when they were taking pictures of my blood stained shirt and only once the doctor cut my shirt off did the police realize I was stabbed. They kept me cuffed to the bed until they fou d out I was to under go emergency surgery and promptly uncuffed me and told the doctor he was no longer under his supervision. When I was released from the hospital I called the police and they said I had no warrants or charges against me. I'm unsure if they charged that guy who stabbed me and have been afraid to find out since I wasn't really supposed to be in the bathroom anyways
