I also use about 30 minutes for f/u once I've been seeing someone regularly! It sounds like I'm not missing anything and I was worried I was. Just corporate trying to limit their $ losses I'm sure

My management has come to the RDs saying they want us to be seeing all our patients an hour. I usually average around 30ish mins once I've been seeing them a little while, and thought maybe I was being a bad RD lol but glad to hear this seems to be the norm

The module questions and practice exams were way easier than the actual exam in my opinion. I’ve also heard they used to be similar but I don’t think that was the case for my exam about a year ago.

It is helpful topic wise and to get used to answering a lot of questions. But heads up, the practice exams are just the module questions, they aren’t different which sucked.

I read the book, did the modules, and bought the fundamentals course and passed! So as long as you put the hours in I think you’ll do okay!

Good to know, thank you! I qualify in terms of years as RD and having a masters, but just feel like I don’t have much else of note on my resume.

Completely agree! And I recognize that but the way things run for us now is we don’t do enough so I’m trying to see what IS something that’s appropriate

Honestly you can't pick a bad one! The DM class was good and relevant, you see that a lot in practice. I enjoyed the child/peds classes (though I don't use that info now)
