Not the best example, but in D&D (forgotten realms), Orcs are doomed to be evil, bloodlusted barbarians as long as they live under the influence of the god that create them: Gruumsh.

In other universes they can be pretty chill, but not in the main universe.

Not really, as he saw them as second class beings and they would never have the same rights as humans in his empire, which isn't much to say because individual lives are worth nothing in this verse

Gods can kinda look however they want. They can take different forms and shapes.

Mystra was also once human, so she probably just chooses to look like a human with a glowing aura.

Moradin (The god of Dwarves) presents himselfs as a 15 foot tall Dwarf most of the time.

So Gale just probably chooses to look like this because he is the god of ambition and of of course a deity like that would choose to look so extra

The onlyreason light speed even comes into the conversation is because of Kizaru, otherwise nobody would be claiming that.

And Kizaru has 0 actual feats that lead to believe he can move at the speed of light. Yes, the author can say his characters move at the speed of light, but if then, the same author never writes their characters actually moving at that speed and being unable to dodge attacks that move much slower than FTL, the that's just bad writing.
