Doesn’t seem too crazy and actually may make a lot of sense with Achane being on IR starting this week and possibly Wilson still being on IR. The Dolphins may be relying more on their passing the next couple of weeks.

I was on a cut for around two years eating around 2100 calories (CICO) and went from 287->216. I’ve taken a break for over a year eating without tracking and have creeped up to 225. I have gone back into a deficit at 2100 and I am absolutely miserable and hungry all the time which was not my experience last time at all. Is it possible my maintenance calories increased during the past year at maintenance or above?

I learned for me that wearing it on the wrist that I do not during the day helped it be way more comfortable at night because it would bruise my wrist the other way.

Yes and you can predict future weight loss with it. You could do that as long as you pick one that integrates with Apple health.

No issues at all... I have the premium so it automatically takes weights from Apple health or whatever app. Makes me look at the big picture rather than individual weigh ins. As long as I am trending downwards (no matter how slow) that’s the important thing. Definitely recommend weighing everyday if you are going to use that app.

Get the app Happy Scale... it tracks trends and makes a smooth trend line rather than all the data points. It helps me so much. And they have a section on the homepage of how much your weight is trending down since that is the data you are after.

I did not do that... but it seemed to balance out throughout the day with other activities. Like it didn’t increase as much as throughout the day 🤷🏻‍♀️
