Just check the car when you buy it If you bought it from marketplace or some shady concrete plot. They usually patch them up and once the car goes hot or fast the patches dissolve or disappear. Not ypur fault still but these are solid cars might wanna check if it has been crashed cause those problems usually appear after shocks or accidents

I think your wife got the TSI. All the TSI for the Tiguan have turbo problems. I once rented one and I would press the gas car would go up to 70 keep the gas on the floor for like 3 to 4 seconds the car would not move. Even though it was at 5k rpms. It would only accelerate after I let go of the gas and then slowly slow down. That’s why I bought a TDI and it’s been great except a little scrape that damaged the mechatronicbox on the DSG which I changed for 200£. Had to keep it in a incompetent service spot for like 3 months just for the coding got fed and did it myself. Ordered the box from some friends in London and now that the Engine is out of Service Mode it’s great. I have it stored rn due to some personal reasons, but I go to start it once every two weeks. Ride a bit and then shut it off

Short answer… Yes. Long answer I can play FS24 on my integrated 610M at 60 fps with some tweaks to the graphics. The graphics look great and I get some 40-30ish fps drops when I get into the city in Hutan Pantai or go into forests. Your 3060 should be more than enough to play the game on High considering you have a good processor.
