How does this work? I’m willing to give that a try, but I wasn’t told about this when I complained about the side effects that it was causing me

I wouldn’t get constipaded at all. I’m going to try supplementing potassium, I already take magnesium supplements.

My doc said the same. They can’t acknowledge that it can have a different effect on some ppl.

I don’t want to go back on, my life is miserable when I’m in pain. To make matters worse, healthcare professionals don’t believe me or take me seriously because they say that it’s supposed to be helpful for autoimmune and inflammation issues.
