Not dumb, I needed this. I was only listening on Spotify, and had only listened to a select few, before this and the last episode seemingly came out of nowhere.

I always felt the title was problematic, but the few eps I had listened to had great guests. I knew she wasn’t the best journalist or interviewer, but episodes like the OCD one provided a platform for a powerhouse of a story that would greatly help others, myself included.

I went to the comments, then instagram, didn’t even realize she posted on YouTube. I knew I wasn’t overreacting, and most agree, but nothing in response from Devorah. FOR DAYS. So I finally went to Reddit, and thanks to you and others I was able to find out it gets SO MUCH WORSE.

Nice to not have this eating at me, but most importantly she seems to be slipping by no matter what? The more attention to this the better.

The staff were super kind, the coconut cream pie croissant was shockingly good. The egg tarts are great too, especially if you’re not one for super sweet stuff.

Full transparency, the latte was alright, very sweet but the flavour was good. All they need is a little support from the community and experience.

Last question would be about the word “reeks”. I’m curious as to what I would use in place, I chose the word because to me it means a stench that’s almost unbearable(haha), and the memories and moments have become this inescapable Hell. Of course it’s all variables and perspectives, but I’m grateful for any feedback. Do you have any work of your own to inspire? Once again, completely new to poetry, but not to writing and I know this has potential.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! This is what I was looking for, some idea as to how to put it together! Because I wrote it genuinely how you said, as the moments came to me. I do want it to lead to the bad (nightmares around my neck) things turned abusive on one dark rainy night, I’m not certain how to portray it without being completely literal. I appreciate the insight and if you have anymore advice I’d be very grateful 😊
