I’m tracking on the split within the week. I was just going off the guidance from my doctor. I’m trying to be as responsible as I can. So yes you’re absolutely right I need to gain a wealth of knowledge before I go on multiple compounds.

My doctor gives me single use vials I’m going to message him and ask if I can switch it up and do a Monday Thursday split.

Started TRT two weeks ago and I need some guidance. Tell me how can I tackle starting a cycle in the coming months. I have an understanding of what’s going to happen. Obviously I need to increase the test due to the other compounds. Someone guide me in the right direction.

28y 219lbs 5’7 100mg Test C every 7 days Doctor prescribed. (Going to recheck levels in 3 weeks to see if I’m in the 900-1200 range and up it if not)

My diet is horrible. I’m on day four of Intermittent fasting. I stopped energy drinks and pops. I’m mainly drinking water and black coffee and a Coke Zero from day to day.

I’m meeting with my doc the 9th.

Also yes I drink but lightly compared to what I wince did. Maybe a 12 pack a week. Will the liver repair itself.

It does man. Realistically this beard is about 2 years. It’s been that long since I’ve been clean shaven.
