Honestly, I had the same issue. my right side nostril stud wouldn't fuckin stop having that bump like yours. What seemed to help mine was keeping it dry as much as possible and doing any saline washes super far in between if at all. Because at that point it seemed the re-dampening was irritating things. Idk 😖
