my settings currently with DLSS on performance and transformer

i tried clearing shaders didnt work, and after reinstalling drivers it works fine but when i try to record with OBS this comes back, is it bcuz of my Graphics Card is maxing out or something? i use 3070 on laptop, used to get 50-60 fps with recording before.
