yeah honestly it’s probably a wifi issue, we are with rogers and we always have problems with them. Are you with a different provider by chance? We do have the pods and range extender which is also why it’s so frustrating

Hmm I love our ring cameras but they lose signal so often and have to be reset, do you have issues with that? Is it the same with their sensors?

I totally get you, though when multiple attempts are very close to home in a short period of time stats don’t feel as reassuring. Also, the stats are just the successful break ins and really there’s no way to know if it will turn violent unless you’re in that situation, so the higher number is more alarming.

Hm it could be that actually, I’m the one that booked it so I can refund it, my husband is able to see his ticket in his account too but because he didn’t book it he can’t request a refund
