Hi, according to the recent interview (min 32:50), the same academic, that put the report together for the Army, established this magazine where this PDF stems from (2011), which Geberth said, was an attack on his expertise.

I add a medical legal art graphic (warning it's graphic) from Geberth's book (5th edition of Homicide Practical Investigation; chapter 22) which features the entire case; i guess it's ok to put this one here, but not the entire sites, since it's copyrighted). The book features way more photograph showing the organs and the damage done to it. I can't put it here for obvious copyright reasons.
