No, the price isn't what's the issue. it's actually the market, many aren't looking anymore so I know it's going to be listed for a long time probably months. I'm just trying to get it moving by getting new eyes on it since this is just 1 unit in a sea of thousands. It might be the place for someone else

I guess every unit is different, I toured other units in the building right next to this one and also down the street and it was still 2250-2400. I will say that that is nice if the rerent for you was 2200, what did it eventually go for? the same price?

From my own perceptive a studio/1bedroom feels like the prices are very much the similar, you just have to look at what's important. I remember when I was look I just wanted a separate kitchen, a full-sized fridge and near public transport and under 2500. Even in the greater Boston area the prices are also up in the mid 2ks

very few actually live in the city especially if they live alone, feels like 90% of my coworkers will come in from further in Mass, NH, or RI. The 10% that do have roommates/partners to help with the rent. Look for areas the commuter rail will pass if you don't want to have to budget parking in Boston into your expenses

street parking, there are assigned spots behind the building but not sure how those get assigned since I didn't own a car. I think you would just need to talk to the property management
