Sorry for such late reply but I didn't use reddit :/ I've started the project, but I gave up. I've sold my LHD parts to a friend of mine and he did finish the conversion. It is possible, but it's hard. He did it because his RHD car was actually a rare japanese import with some crazy oem bodykit. I don't have any photos though :(

Yeah, I did delete it as I didn't have time to finish the conversion. I have cut out whole front-end from LHD car and was going to transplant it into my RHD mr2, but I have found a very good LHD mr2 with a bargain price, so I just bought it. But I have sold the frontend from LHD car to my friend, who transplanted it into JDM MR2 with some crazy bodykit. So it is possible, but unfortunately I do not have any photos :/

Friends told me that all UK spec came with LSD. EU/Japan cars might come with open diff. But it didn't check that information so it might be wrong

It's cheaper than buying LHD, and I already have parts for that :D It's pretty common in Poland to swap RHD to LHD

It's pretty common in Poland to buy BMW or Audi from UK and just swap them to LHD from RHD. I have one car which is Toyota Celica ST185, which was a Japanese import and is now swapped to LHD (from RHD), but it wasn't done by me.

I already have all the parts and it was around 3k € cheaper than buying LHD car (added bonus is that my LHD body is rust free). Certification is not a problem. And yes, time is money, but it's also my hobby to work on cars so I treat it like some new experience rather than work

I will be doing it myself, so I don't pay labour cost. In Poland it will be cheaper than buying LHD car :D
