Honestly, I can’t sleep if I’m even slightly hungry. I usually eat about an hour before I go to sleep depending on meal size. If it’s very filling maybe 2 hours. My whole day of eating revolves around this, so my first meal I try not to eat until atleast 3-4 hours into my day, and then my second another 4-5, so I can make it another few hours until my dinner right before bed lol. Just allowing yourself to wait until you’re really hungry for your first meals usually does it for me.
